Happy Birthday ... Percy Pig Style!

Hi there. Yesterday was my Daughter's birthday and since she loves Marks & Spencer Percy Pig Jellies, I thought I would make her a card on that theme. I remembered that the lovely talented Kirsteen had made a really cute Gift bag a few months ago on her blog, so I did a direct CASE of her's and then made a matching card to go with it.

These little pink pigs were stamped with the Stampin' Up! Button Buddies 122737 Clear mount Stamp Set and the cute button noses were some of the medium buttons in Pretty in Pink colour from the Subtles Designer Buttons tub 119745. The stamp used on the card, saying 'Deliciously MADE for YOU' is from the Creatively Yours Stamp set 122612 Clear Mount. I also used the Stampin' Up! White Organza Ribbon 114319, the Top Note Die 113463 and the Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder 123128. I hope you like this as much as Naomi did when she opened her card and wee gift.

Baby, baby!!

Hi there. This cute card was for some special friends welcoming their first precious babies.
I've used Bashful Blue A4 smooth cardstock 106565 £6.25 for 24 sheets, Shimmery White Cardstock A4 121717 £7.50 for 10 sheets (unfortunately due to my poor photography, you can't see the gorgeous glittery shimmer on the white card), Bundle of Love stamp set which has 16 stamps in the box - Wood-mount 121223£26.95 or Clear-mount £21.95.
I used the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder 117335 Perfect Polka Dots £6.95

The wee Onsie vests were made with a template I created using the 1 3/4" Circle Punch 119850 £15.50, 2 3/8" Scallop Punch (from the Spring Mini) and Word Window Punch.119857 £14.25.

The babies names were cut with Medium Sizzlits Dies - Timeless Type Junior Alphabet 115951 £65.95 (I got mine half price when I hosted a Workshop/Party at my house)

The wee embellishments were bits and pieces that I had in my craft stash which I've been clearing out recently (well trying to!!!). It's a cute wee card. After I took this photo I did add 3 punched circles with my Crop-A-Dile 108362 £23.95 in Bashful Blue to the bottom of each Onsie to look like studs.

Hi there!  Today I'm going to share with you 3 Shoebox swap cards I made in Glasgow at the 3 day Mini Convention.

Carol's Card using the large Medallion stamp and Just Believe stamp set in Soft Suede.

Christine's swap using my favourite Vintage Vogue stamp set and Manhatten Flower embossing folder.

Dawn's swap using Creative Elements stampset and the Designer Frames embossing folder.  I love this vintage look!

Aren't these cards lovely.  I had a ball making them.  Enjoy!

Partial Emboss Card - Liebe!

Hello.

Thanks for visiting today. I have scheduled this post for you today, since I've stayed at my Mam's overnight.  Poor Mum has to go to hospital very early today for tests, so we're in for a long day!!!  I should be back with you all tomorrow.

Anyway - I though I would share a little bit of love with you!  Elaine showed us how to make this gorgeous card using the Partial Embossing technique with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder.  I love the Poppy Parade and Very Vanilla colours and the fantiastic new 'Lieve, Love, Amour' Stamp from the new Spring Mini Catalogue - it is perfect for the 23/4" Punch - no cutting out LOL!  I've also used the 13/8", Itty Bitty Shapes and 13/4"Circle Punches, along with the Small Heart and Boho Blossoms Punches and of course the 'I can't live without' Stampamajig!!!!!  It is beautifully finished off with the perfect Pearls!

Just perfect for that Special Person in your life!
